If you work with people, and that applies to most of us, beware of always being accepted. A yes to almost everything you say is almost always dangerous. There is something seriously wrong.

Especially if you manage a team or something. Worse still if you manage someone who manages a team. If all you get is a yes for even to the most of your bizarre ideas, then beware. They are not accepting what you say.

They are just nodding their heads because they don’t have an option. They don’t know how to think. They think they cannot think. They are scared to think. They don’t know how to say a no. Worse still, they are scared to say no.
