Today I was walking through the Tambaram railway station. This is my usual way to Vasantha Bavan for dinner. There is a big LCDscreen there just before (or after, if you are coming out, as I did) the stairs. It has been there for a week now, but was never switched on.

Generally it is very rare to see firefox in public systems in India, and perhaps the whole world. And I am very happy that Southern Railways, at least the Tambaram station system uses Firefox. Or at least trying to use it. Southern Railways going open source?
